Helping you break trauma patterns, stop self-abandonment & build healthier relationships.

Trauma-informed care that combines nervous system regulation, parts work, somatics and psychedelic integration to create lasting change.

Hi, I'm Shalini

Trauma, Nervous System & Psychedelic Integration Coach, CPTSD survivor, advocate, and someone who has walked the path of healing herself.

I know firsthand how painful healing can be. The grief. The loneliness. The identity shifts. The moments where everything you thought you knew about yourself begins to unravel. The moment your body shuts down.

I also know what is possible on the other side.

For years, I struggled with the symptoms of Complex PTSD. On the outside, I appeared successful, social, capable, and high-functioning. Inside, I felt unsafe, disconnected, exhausted, and trapped in patterns I could not seem to break. Living with CPTSD is like living in a waking nightmare. A state of inner dread, alarm, panic and utter unsafety 24/7.

My healing journey led me through years of therapy, nervous system work, somatic healing, group work, and eventually psychedelic-assisted healing. Through this process, I discovered that healing is not about fixing ourselves. It is about returning to ourselves.

Today, I help others walk that path with more support, safety, and compassion than I had.

Trauma is all around us - it affects everyone and quietly directs our entire lives - freedom is found in facing ourselves and understanding: we can survive it and even better: Heal.

My Story

Why I Do This Work

When I was first diagnosed with Complex PTSD, I didn't fully accept it.

I was focused on achieving, performing, and pushing forward. Healing did not fit my plans.

Eventually, my body forced me to slow down.

What followed were years of grief, painful realizations, identity loss, spiritual awakenings, and learning how deeply trauma had shaped my life.

I explored many different healing modalities:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • EMDR

  • TRE

  • Neurofeedback

  • ACA

  • Somatic work

  • Trauma-informed yoga

  • Group work

  • Breathwork

  • Nervous system regulation practices

  • And many more..

Each helped tremendously, but I often felt stuck.

Despite years of healing work, I still felt fundamentally unsafe in my body and in the world.

Eventually, I found my way to psychedelic-assisted healing.

Over several years I completed:

  • 4 psilocybin journeys

  • 2 microdosing protocols

  • 4 MDMA-assisted therapy sessions

  • 8 Ketamine IV sessions

  • 1 Iboga ceremony

These experiences profoundly changed my life.

But psychedelics were never the solution. They opened doors.

The real work was learning how to walk through them.

Today, I bring together over a decade of personal healing, professional training, and lived experience to support others on their own path. Because I know how lonely, confusing, and overwhelming healing can feel, and I also know how profoundly life can change when you don't have to walk it alone. Healing is possible.

Areas of Support

I work with both individuals and couples.

For those healing from trauma, self-abandonment, anxiety, people pleasing, emotional overwhelm, unhealthy relationship dynamics, repeating patterns and chronic survival mode.

I work with both individuals and couples.

Together we work to understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your emotions, and build a life rooted in safety, authenticity, and self-trust.

We create a personalized path based on your history, goals, and unique nervous system.

Trauma & Nervous System Recovery:

Whether you are considering a journey, preparing for a session, navigating challenging emotions afterward, or trying to turn insights into lasting change, I offer trauma-informed support before and after psychedelic experiences.

Psychedelics can be powerful catalysts for healing, but they are not a substitute for integration. Especially for trauma survivors, they can bring difficult emotions, memories, and nervous system responses to the surface.

Without integration, insights often fade. Psychedelics may open the door, but lasting change comes from how we apply those insights to our daily lives, relationships, behaviors, and nervous systems.

Together, we make sense of your experience, process emotions and insights, navigate challenging material, and translate what emerged into meaningful and lasting change.

Whether your experience was beautiful, difficult, overwhelming, or life-changing, you don't have to navigate it alone.

Areas of focus: Ketamine, MDMA, Psilocybin, and (soon) Iboga preparation and integration support.
